“The overall purchase process with Ormsby Guitars has been one of the best overall customer experiences I have ever had from any business. Choosing the guitar I wanted from the website was a breeze, with beautiful design, search/navigation and thorough product information. The communication from the company throughout the various steps of QC and shipping was unparalleled. And the quality and condition of the guitar when I received it was truly beyond exceptional - I have never played a better set-up, more well-playing instrument OUT OF THE BOX. It was even in perfect tune! Thank you to all at ORMSBY - I could not be more thrilled with this guitar!”

“Ormsby team are top notch. It’s not often in the modern world that when you purchase something you deal with enthusiasts of said something. These people love guitars and seemingly love guitarists. Apart from the amazing team - The actual guitar : Australian made Hypemachine H3 is pretty incredible. I’ve spent more on guitars that were half the quality of this thing. It’s a true piece of art that I get to hold and make music with. Innovative, modern, sleek instrument. Best guitar company and best company period I’ve ever dealt with. Ormsby is my new brand, would seem silly to get anything else at this point. Love Ormsby guitars and Ormsby team. 11/10”

“Got an ORMSBY Hype today, was impressed with the service, ORMSBY sent detailed email during the qc and setup process to ensure quality. Guitar plays and sounds fantastic, first ORMSBY I have tried and it does not disappoint.”

“I recently bought a 7-string HYPE GTR and I am so impressed. I didn't think I liked 7 strings from playing other brands and never feeling comfortable with the fret work and neck shape. But this guitar plays so incredibly well, this is by far the best 7-string I have played. I love the finish (walnut), and the binding is so tasteful. The pickups are absolutely gnarly. The neck pickup is so rich and full bodied, and the bridge is excellent for leads. And this is just the stock pickups with no customizations! The factory setup is excellent, and the sustain on the 24th fret is the best I have ever played. I would highly recommend considering an Ormsby guitar if you're looking for something ready to rip.”

“I honestly can't say enough good things about Ormsby Guitars. From the very first contact, their customer service was outstanding - genuinely helpful, responsive, and clearly dedicated to every customer request. You can tell these folks truly care about what they do, and it shows at every step of the process. I picked up the Goliath GTR Elite in Copper Print, and it is everything I hoped for and more. The build quality is simply superb - rock solid, comfortable, and beautifully put together. Photos don't do it justice. It catches the light in the most stunning way, and the attention to detail is flawless. If you're on the fence about buying an Ormsby, take this as your sign - do it. The quality, the craftsmanship, and the customer dedication are all second to none. I'm a customer for life, and I can't wait to add more Ormsbys to my collection. 💯🔥”

“Absolutley love Ormsby. The customer service is excellent, a few months ago I reached at with a few questions and I recieved responses really quickly. I then bought a headless 7 string last week and it truly is a work of art. I've owned some nice guitars in my time but ormsby is levels above for what I play. Excellent workmanship, excellent communication and delivery was a breeze.”
