ACCOUNTS, OFFICE EXECUTIVE AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT - Immediate start
PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA
PART / FULL TIME
(30-38HRS WEEKLY) 

We require an experienced bookkeeper and office executive to assist in our factory on a part/full time basis.
Please do not apply if you do not have accounts experience or live in Perth.

What we need is someone special to bring organisation, accuracy, systems , financial numbers to the business. There is a lot to do so we need a person who is well organised, has an ability/personality to adapt to a creative environment and a style to bring order when there is sometimes chaos. No two days will be the same so you must have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible with changing workloads. You will report directly to Perry and will occasionally be required to assist with his busy schedule. 

We do not require a finance manager but a hands-on, mature, detailed, accurate, bookkeeper who has experience in all aspects of accounts and administration.
You will be joining a unique company with a unique culture, where we are proud of the products we create and we listen to loud, heavy music on the daily. 

Duties will include:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Data entry
  • Development of weekly KPIs
  • Development, calculating marketing data and export submissions
  • Asset Register Maintenance
  • BAS, Super, Payroll, Monthly P&L
  • Banking & Reconciliation
  • Purchase Orders
  • Raising of Invoices
  • Additional monthly reporting required for performance indicators and forecasting
  • System improvements
  • General Administration
  • Personal Assistant to the Director

The company uses XERO and experience with this program will be extremely advantageous.

We require someone to join our team 4-5 days a week as the position requires  30-38 hours per week.
Hours are flexible (Mon-Fri), and rate is negotiable upon experience. 

Our factory is located approx 20mins south of Perth; only local applicants will be considered.

The opportunity for immediate start exists. There will be a hand over period to learn our systems and way of working.
